While good service dictates that no sale if ever actually 'final,' there has to be some common sense rules to determine how business will be conducted. If you have any questions that are not answered here, please feel free to email to find out.
Shipping & Handling
Shipping and handling charges can be combined on multiple items to try to keep the costs reasonable. Shipping charges are automatically added when using a 'purchase now' button, and are figured based on the weight and destination when emailing an order.
Within US:
All domestic shipping will include some form of Delivery Confirmation, and will also include insurance unless specifically declined by the customer. While every effort will be made to properly package each order, any order which insurance is declined is at the customer's own risk. Scifi Cards cannot be responsible for lost or damaged shipments when insurance is declined.
International:
We will gladly ship to any corner of the globe. If an item is shipping internationally you cannot use a 'purchase now' buttons. Instead you must email your order and include the destination so shipping can be determined. All packages will be sent with a proof of mailing. You will be given the option of insurance, when available. No matter whether insurance was available or not, Scifi Cards cannot be responsible for lost or damaged shipments that were not insured. Scifi Cards also WILL NOT claim packages are gifts or of lower value than the price you paid. Please do not ask that we break the law in this way. If you have ANY questions on international shipping, please email and we will do our best to help.
Returns
We will accept returns if an item was not accurately described in either the auction description or on the website. All returned items must be in the condition sent, and must be received before a refund is issued. NO returns on sealed boxes that have been opened. Refunds will normally be made in the same form as payment was received, but may also be made by company check if necessary. Please email before returning any item, so we can try to work out the problem or so we know to expect the returned item.

To process your Visa/MasterCard/Discover Card we'll need your card number, expiration, and name as it appears on the card. At this time we do not have a secure server for this information, so we suggest that you phone (231-881-5087) with that information or at the very least break the information down into 2 or more emails for security.

Ordering
Soon, certain items will have a button which links to PayPal and allows you to instantly purchase that item as described. These items will have the US insured shipping price included. Other items will just have prices listed. If you only wish one item with a 'purchase now' button, click and follow the instructions to pay via PayPal. If you want multiple items or need international shipping, just email with your list of items you need and the shipping destination. We will reply with a total to get your order to you in the most efficient and safe manner possible. It is possible that we can become out of stock, even on a 'purchase now' item. If this happens, you will be contacted about the shortage and your payment will be refunded if necessary.
